According to our mission we have defined our following strategic goals and objectives for 2007-2009: · To retain the leading position as a distributor at the national level; · To reach the planned share of the Kazakhstan pharmaceutical market; · To sell quality and efficient medical products on the Kazakhstan pharmaceutical market for ensuring healthy, long and more productive living of people. · To be oriented not only towards increase of the service value but also towards creation of the value where it has not previously been in existence.

At present the work on development and introduction of the Quality Management System has started and arrangements for the certification for compliance with the requirements of the international standards ISO 9001 and GMP are made.

The winner of the Republican Professional Contest "The Best Pharmaceutist of the Year" was Aigul Baktygaliyeva, the Head of the Trading Department of KPC "Medservice Plus"' Branch Office in Shymkent, having won 29.2 points! It should be noted that at the First Republican Contest "The Best Pharmaceutist of the Year" the 1st place was also awarded to KPC "Medservice Plus"'.
